| 摘 要： | 本文通过对福建省清流县上坪煤矿区地质构造及水文地质条件的探讨，分析造成矿井水惠的各种因素，提出了矿井水患的防治措施，即采用先探后掘先治后采原则、查明小煤窑和老窑的采空区范围、设置防水煤柱、地面塌陷、及时回填等方法，对矿井的安全生产具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Oingliu County of Fujian Province,Shangping coal mine geological structure and hydrogeological conditions of the analysis of the mine flooding caused by various factors that made the mine flood control measures,that is,the use of first-de-sac after the first detection after the administration adopt the principle of to identify small coal kiln and old mined-out area, set up waterproof pillar,filling the ground collapse in time and so on,the safe production of the mine has a certain significance. |
