| 摘 要： | 本文报道了川产草乌类生药中滇乌碱与其它生物碱的高效液相色谱分离条件的研究,并在最佳分离条件下测定了六种生药中滇鸟碱含量。结果表明;采用离子配对色谱分离测定生物碱有其特殊的专属性,使结果更加客观真实、灵敏、可靠。

| Abstract: | This Paper reports the ion pain HPLC method for the separation and dete-maination of alkaloidal contents in these drugs. AII of the alkaloids can be completely separated from each other anddetermined. The method used a μ-bondapak C_(18) column with a mobile phase of methnol: heptane sulfonic acid (B-7): triethylamine (80: 20: 0.2) and detected at254nm. six samples contain yunaconitive type alkaloids. The method exhibited very high sensitivity selectivity、simple and reproduci-ble.the minimin detectable quantity is 9.4×10~(-8)gm with high accuray. |
