摘    要:在高职院校短跑训练过程中,科学地提高短跑训练强度,是在较短时间内迅速提高运动成绩行之有效的方法.本文根据如何进行大运动量、高强度训练的利弊分析,并根据生理学,生物化学等原理,从不同方面举例论证,为更好地进行高职院校短跑训练提供一些参考.

Abstract:During the course of the dash training in high vocational academies and schools,improving the training intensity for dash in a scientific way is the efficient way to improve the sports records in a short time.In this article,some references are put forward for how to better carry out the dash training of high vocational academies and schools according to the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of how to go for high-volume and intensive training and the theories like physiology and biochemistry from many aspects.
