无碳小车结构设计与分析

摘    要:以第二届全国大学生工程能力综合训练竞赛“无碳小车”为基础,结合机械原理、机械设计的理论知识,设计了3个可以自动绕过障碍的小车,主要是传动和转向机构设计;借助工程计算软件Matlab对不同结构的小车轨迹进行了精确的仿真计算,确定了各结构参数对轨迹的影响;最后用三维造型软件Pro/E对小车进行了整车造型。将机构设计与计算机辅助工程灵活地结合起来,为机械结构创新设计提供了有利的借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the 2nd national college students" engineering and comprehensive training ability competition named "Carbon - free Car", the paper designs three kinds of cars com- bined with the knowledge of the mechanical theory and design. The three cars have appro- priate steering structure so that they can automatically turn around to avoid the obstacles. Their paths are calculated and simulated by the computer - aided design engineering software Matlab so as to determine the parameters which affect the paths. Finally, the whole cars are modelled by 3D modelling software Pro/E. Combining structure design and CAE together flexibly, these designs provide a useful reference for innovative design of mechanical struc- ture.
