窥视均衡——广西义务教育资源配置状况的实证研究

通过对广西义务教育资源的总量以及在区域内部配置状况进行了实证分析,指出广西义务教育的资源不论在总量上还是生均资源拥有量上都居于全国的末列,而在区域内部更存在着很大的不均衡。在实证研究的基础上,进一步分析了导致广西义务教育资源配置不均衡的体制原因,认为义务教育资源的均衡配置是公共财政要求公共服务均等化在教育领域中的体现。

Inspecting Equality:An Empirical Study of the Resource Allocation in Compulsory Education of Guangxi

Through an empirical analysis of the total amount of resources for compulsory education in Guangxi and the allocation of the resources inside Guangxi,this paper points out that Guangxi's resources for compulsory education,either in terms of total amount or per pupil amount,lags behind other provinces in China and that,to make it worse,there exists imbalanced distribution of these resources.
