| 摘 要： | 立足洛阳工业发展现状，提出了走新型工业化道路的原则和建议：发展信息产业、坚持可持续发展战略、加快城镇化建设、推行人才战略；建设国际一流工业基地、用高新技术改造提升传统企业、建设城市经济圈、提高对外开放水平等。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the present state of the industrial development in Luoyang, puts forward some principles and suggestions for Luoyang to take the road of a new type of industrialization, which are as followings: to develop information industry; adhere the strategy of sustainable development; strengthen the construction of small towns;cany out the personnel strategy;built up the first-class international enterprises;form a municipal economical orbit to promote the level of opening to the outside world. |
