| 摘 要： | 当代大学生常见的心理问题有环境应激问题、人际关系适应不良、自我认知失调、恋爱与性心理问题.高校应在以下两方面进行大学生心理健康教育:一是建立高校心理健康教育的三级网络;二是构建完善的心理健康教育体系.
