增感屏微型机涂布调速系统

摘    要:本文介绍了增感屏的涂布工艺流程、微机控制系统的硬件结构和控制过程、软件配置和各个模块的功能、调速模块的流程图。本文没有沿用经典控制论的方法设计系统,提出一种数学公析方法来解决该问题,推导了输入控制量和输出量之间的定量联系为α_1=α_0-A(n-n_0)/(B(n-n_0)+C) 当输出出现偏差时,可根据上式精确计算出为消除偏差所应取的输入控制量的增量。实践证明这个方法是可行的,能够满足生产实践中对控制系统性能指标的要求,而且这种数学分析方法在理论上也是正确的。

Abstract:This paper simply presents cngineering flow of spreading for screen of photosensitive increment and hardware configuration of microcomputer control system and control procedure, presents software con- figuration and function of each module and flow chart of modulation rate module. This paper raise mathematical analysis method to solve problen without using the method of classical cybernetics design system reckon quantitative relativity between input controlled variable and output variable a_1=a_0-A(n-n_0)/B(n-n_0)+C when output occurs error with above expression can precisely calculate augmentation of input controlled variable to eliminate error. Through practice, it is proved that this method is feasible, it can meet the need that the practice of production for control system performace in- dication and this mathematical analysis method is also correct theoratically.
