| 摘 要： | 以指纹识别为代表的生物特征识别技术近年来开始广泛地应用在网络安全、公共安全、金融服务等领域,已成为一个独立的新兴产业。生物特征识别技术的标准化工作在国际上进展非常迅速,新确立的正式或非正式标准在数据格式、应用编程接口(AP I)、系统安全、系统特性描述和系统评估方法等方面对生物特征识别的技术细节进行了全面的规范。该文概述了近年来国内外生物特征识别技术的标准化进程,并全面介绍了已确立或即将确立的各类技术标准,以唤起国内业界对生物特征识别标准及标准化工作的关注。

| Abstract: | Biometric technologies have great potential in various technical fields such as network security,public security,and financial industry systems.Biometrics has grown into an independent industry,whose standardization is making rapid progress with a large number of standards.These standards have focused on various aspects of biometric industrialization,including data formats,application program interfaces(API,security issues,system profiles,and evaluation methodologies.This paper describes the status of ongoing standardization efforts in recent years with an overview of newly established standards and standard drafts. |
