FMS任务可靠性分析模型

摘    要:研究FMS任务可靠性必须综合考虑系统的结构、加工工件集、加工线路集的影响,而且由于FMS具有加工和线路柔性,因此用常规的串、并联关系难以建立FMS的任务可靠性模型。本文结合FMS的特点,提出了FMS任务可靠性分析模型的建模方法,并将该建模方法用于一实例,作者认为该建模方法既综合考虑系统的结构、加工工件集、加工线路集的影响,又较好地解决了预计系统任务可靠性的复杂程度高、难度大等问题。该建模方法可用于:(1)确定整个系统或特定工件的关键设备,利于维修的安排;(2)确定最可靠的加工线路集;(3)确定系统在不同条件下的任务可靠性,这是FMS任务可靠性综合预计模型的基础。

Abstract:In oder to study FMS mission reliability, we must consider the combined influence of system layout,part set and route set.Because FMS has route flexibility and operation fiexibility,it is very difficult to build FMS mission reliability analysis model through general series or parallel models. According to the characteristic of FMS,the modelling methods of FMS mission reliability ana- lysis model are presented as well as an applied example. The author thinks that this modelling methods not only consider the combined influence of system layout,part set and route set,but also solve the problem of complication and difficulty in predicting FMS mission reliability.This model- ling methods can bc used:(1)To determine the crucial equipment of whole system or special parts;(2)To determine the most reliable route set;(3)To determine the svstem mission reliability under varied condition,it is basic to the integrated prediction model of FMS mission reliability.
