| Abstract: | The development tendency of non-governmental scientific and technological enterprises in Yunnan Province is fairly good, however, their shortage of funds and difficulty of financing are the major reasons obstructing their development. Corresponding methods for solving these problems are raised in this thesis for the purpose of continuously promoting and pushing forward the new development of Yunnan's non-governmental scientific and technological enterprises. |
