甘蔗条螟性外激素分泌腺研究

本文通过扫描电镜及光学显微镜观察了甘蔗条螟性外激素分泌腺的形态及组织的结构.甘蔗条螟性外激素腺十分发达,位于腹部第8—9节背面的节间膜上,是由该处节间膜部分细胞特化而成,属褶叠型腺体。外翻后,腺体的切面呈半球形.同时还观察描述了腺体各部份的形态结构.

A Study of Sex Pheromone Gland in Chilo venosatus

The pheromone gland of C. venosatus is an eyersible fold situated dorsally in the intersegmental membrane between the 8th and 9th abdominal segments and can everted completely as two-semipherical like. The glandular area shows the existence of numerous Spikes on the surface.In cross section of the invaginated gland, most of secretory cells are seen in the dorsal convoluted area. The gland consists of single lager of epithelial cell which on the interior are limited by a thin basement membrane. Basallys each cell membrane appears to have numerous projections, the cell has large ovoid nucleus. There are brush border at the apical edge of the cell. The brush border is consisted of microvilli. the outicle is divided into two regions; thick endocuticle and thin epicuticle.
