计算机软件增强信噪比技术在光谱分析中的应用

摘    要:1 实验部分 采用商品高频(27.12 MHz)感应耦合等离子体发生器,单色仪为1m Czerny-Turner型,狭缝高度为0.05nm,高度为5 mm,观察高度为工作上方15 mm处。砷化氢生成的化学条件及发射光谱测定砷的仪器最佳工作条件同文献[1]。所用的计算机为美国数字设备公司的PDP-11/23。

Abstract:Three different signal to-noise ratio (S/ N) enhancement techniques, digital filter, ensemble averaging, and cross-correlation, have been applied to the arsenic hydride signal treat-mentThe principles of these techniques are described and compared.With the application of the digital filter at a smoothing factor of 9, the S / N could be improved with a factor of 1 .5.When the ensemble averaging technique is applied, the S / N enhancement is proportional to the square root of the scanning numbers of the signals.An enhancement factor of 4 is obtained for six signals scanned.The cross-correlation technique exhibits a larger S / N enhancement compared to the other two.When a reference waveform free from the noise is available, an enhancement factor of 6 can be obtained.
