摘    要:本工作研究了在含氰基咪唑类离子液体中从辉铜矿中提取铜.通过X-射线衍射仪和JSM-5600LV扫描电镜对产物进行了表征.实验结果表明:辉铜矿Cu(I)的溶解是离子液体中的氰基和酸共同作用结果.本实验体系采用N-氰乙基-N’-正丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,是通过增大空间位阻适度降低Cu(J)与氰基的配位作用,利于氧化亚铜和铜的制备.

Abstract:Preparation of nanometer copper from chalcocite with nitrile imidazole ionic liquids(IL) system and characterization of products by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and JSM - 5600LV scanning electron micro- scope (SEM) were studied. The experiment showed that the dissolution of the Cu(I) in ehalcocite was effect of the nitrile together with acid in IL. The experiment system were N - acetonitrile - N' - n - butyl imidazole four fluorin borate, which had larger space volume reducing complex of Cu (I) and nitrile and benefiting to the preparation of Cu2O and Cu.
