| 摘 要： | 以药敏试验为例,介绍了在试验操作中如何培养学生的动手能力和思考能力。在药敏试验中,学生动手能力的培养主要体现在培养基的制作以及药敏试验规范操作。学生思考能力的培养主要体现在药敏试验的结果观察。在教师引导下,学生掌握了操作要点并能够发现药敏片会形成2种抑菌环,初步探索形成这种现象的原因。

| Abstract: | The article introduced how to cultivate the operation and elaboration ability in the drug sensitivity test. The student＇s operation ability can be cultivated in the execution of culture medium and the canonical operation of drug sensitivity test. The cultivation of elaboration ability embodies the observation of the result of drug sensitivity test. The student can grasp operation points,and find that there are two different bacteriostasis circle,and grasp the reason preliminary. |
