“双高计划”背景下中国高职院校类型特色建设路径研究

“双高计划”背景下我国高职院校如何依据职业教育的类型特色,建设具有中国特色的高水平职院校与专业群成为未来职业教育深化发展的重点任务。本文基于“双高计划”总体目标与具体任务提出中国高职院校类型特色建设是践行“双高计划”的必然选择,围绕“四大特色”与“四高水平”提出建设的基本条件,从落实“1+X”制度试点,实现专业集群化发展,打造“双师型”人才队伍,对接区域经济发展这四个路径开展建设工作,以“双高计划”各阶段目标为契合点展开详细论证,以期为新时代我国职业化教育现代化发展提供新思路。

Research on the Type and Characteristic Construction Path of Chinese Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of " Double High Plan"

Under the background of the"Double High Plan",building high-level vocational colleges and professional groups with Chinese characteristics has become a key task for the deepening of vocational education in the future.Based on the overall goals and specific tasks of the"Double High Plan",this article proposes that the construction of China's higher vocational colleges is an inevitable choice for the implementation of the"Double High Plan".Furthermore,this article puts forward the basic conditions for construction around the"four characteristics"and the"four high levels"from the implementation of the"1+X"system pilot program,the realization of professional cluster development,the organization of a"dual competence"talent team,and the construction of the four paths of linking regional economic development.Detailed objectives of the"Double High Plan"are discussed in the article,which is expected to provide new ideas for the modernization of professional education in China in the new era.
