纤维素的氨基甲酸酯化的研究

摘    要:用二甲苯为反应载体,使棉浆粕(DP-520)和尿素在其中反应生成纤维素氨基甲酸酯(CC)。通过乌氏粘度计、元素分析仪等仪器,测试了产物的聚合度及酯化度,初步探讨了酯化反应的最佳反应条件;并通过FT-IR、X-衍射对样品的结构做了分析。结果表明:随着反应时间的加长,酯化度增大,CC的溶解性能提高;但副反应也增加,酯化时间以4h为好。对产物进行FT-IR检测,在1700cm^-1左右有强的酯基吸收峰可初步判断:纤维素和尿素发生了酯化反应;X-衍射分析可知反应的过程中纤维素的结晶结构发生了变化。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the reaction between cellulose and excess urea in xylene in order to yield cellulose carbamate. We tested the degree of esterification and polymerization of the product, and discussed the optimum reaction condition of this esterification reaction with viscosimeter and element analyzer. The structure of samples was analyzed by FTIR and Xdiffraction. Results show the degree of esterification and solubility increases with the increasing of reaction time, but the side-reaction also added. As a result, 4 hours is most suitable. Finally, the research on FTIR shows that the product is probably cellulose carbamate. At the same time, crystal structure of the product was changed by the spectrum of Xdiffraction.
