聚砜与热致液晶聚合物共混物的力学性能

摘    要:研究了聚与砜与热致液晶聚合物的共混物的力学性能。拉伸实验证明,液晶聚合物的分子链刚性越大,越易取向成纤,对基体树脂的增强作用越显,若添加第三组分为增容剂,改善了液晶聚合物与聚砜间的的相容性。则材料的力学性能又一次明显提高。

Abstract:Mechanical properties of polysulfone and four thermotropic liquid Crystalline polymer blends are studied. It is found that the easier the liquid Crystalline polymer forms the fibre structure, the higher its reinforcing effect. The compatibility of polysulfone and these liquid Crystalline polymers is relatively low, but the addition of some additives can improve the system's mechanical properties rather markedly.
