摘    要:选择柔性掩护支架工作时常见的凡种工况及支架的破坏形式,采用国外最为先进的三维设计和分析软件PRO/E建立柔性掩护支架的三维模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对支架结构的强度和刚度进行分析,确定其应力和应变的薄弱点。根据有限元分析的具体结果,对柔性掩护支架的结构进行优化,重新建立模型,再次进行有限元分析。如此反复,直至获得柔性掩护支架的最佳结构。

Abstract:Directed at several operation modes and destruction forms of support arising from the choice of flexible shield supports, the paper introduces both the adoption of the most advanced three-dimension design and analysis software PRO/E to form three-dimension models of the flexible shield support and the use of the finite element software ANSYS to analyze the intensity and rigidity of the structure of the support so as to determine its stress and weak spots once an emergency occurs. According to the concrete results of finite element analysis, the structure of the flexible shield support is optimized, another model of setting up is built and finite element analysis is carried out again. Repetition goes on until the best structure of the flexible shield support is achieved.
