高校教师的职业自我效能感研究

摘    要:采用“职业自我效能感量表”对311名高校教师进行调查、分析,结果表明,1)高校教师的职业自我效能感状况总体上比较合理;2)性别、年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、婚姻状况、子女情况等人口统计学变量对高校教师的职业自我效能感的各维度有不同程度的影响.

Abstract:311 college teachers are surveyed using "Career self-efficacy scale". Analyzed results show as following: I) The career self-efficacy about college teachers are reasonable generally; 2) Demographic variables have varying degree effects on every dimensions of the career self-efficacy, such as gender, age, years of working, academic qualification, professional title, marital status and family.
