摘    要:首先从热力学角度讨论偏硼酸钠还原生成硼氢化钠的反应;根据吉布斯函数,讨论反应进行的必要条件。常温常压下,在1 mol/L NaOH溶液中,最小理论槽电压为2.469 V;以铜作为阴极,计算出该体系中还原反应的电极电位为-1.26 V。采用循环伏安法对还原反应进行研究,通过离子色谱、XRD和碘量法对电解产物进行定性定量测试,验证了偏硼酸钠电化学还原制备硼氢化钠的可能性。

Abstract:According to the thermodynamics,it was discussed the possibility of reduction of sodium metaborate to produce sodium borohydride.The requirements were investigated in terms of the criterions of Gibbs function.In an experimental electrolytic cell,the electrolyte was sodium hydroxide with a concentration of 1 mol/L,the minimal cell voltage should be 2.469 V at ambient conditions theoretically,and Cu was used as the cathode.Under the conditions above,it was calculated that the potentials of the reduction reaction was 1.26 V.Cyclic Voltammetry was used to study the reduction reaction,ion chromatogram,XRD and iodimetry were used as quantitative and qualitative ways.it is proved that sodium metaborate can be electrochemically reduced to sodium borohydride.
