磷酸酯的合成及其原位改性纳米碳酸钙的研究

摘    要:在较佳的合成条件下合成了十八碳醇磷酸酯(ODP)表面活性剂,并以其作为改性剂对碳酸钙进行原位表面改性.同时利用透射电镜TEM、XRD、红外光谱(IR)等测试手段对产品的形貌、晶型等方面进行表征.实验结果表明,磷酸酯改性后的碳酸钙具有纺锤形,当其用量达到2%时,活化指数可达到0.99,这充分说明了改性碳酸钙表面由亲水变为疏水,达到了很好的改性效果.

Abstract:In this paper,hydrophobic Nano-CaCO3 were prepared via crystallization of calcium carbonate with a surfactant. The oetadecyt dihydrogen phosphate (ODP) was synthesized under given experimental conditions. The product was characterized by transmission eteetron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and the active index. In the experiments, the surfaetant could not only control the crystal shape but also modify the surface of calcium carbonate. The active index of the obtained calcium carbonate reached 0.99 when the dosage of ODP was 2 %. Thereby we have succeeded in surface modification of calcium carbonate in situ.
