超早强混凝土在热轧机基础工程中的应用

摘    要:针对紧急和抢修工程需要,研究超早强混凝土的应用问题,选用P·O42.5普硅水泥,掺入多元复合型外加剂,研制超早强混凝土,在常温条件下2d可达到设计强度标准值fcu.k的70%.在某钢厂热轧基础工程实践结果表明,应用这种超早强混凝土能保证工程建设质量,加速进度,提高效益.

Abstract:According to the requirements of emergency and repair engineering,the application of ultra early strong concrete is researched.Ordinary portland cement P·O42.5 is selected,the multiple compound admixture is added,and ultra early strong concrete is made.Under the normal temperature condition,2 d can reach 70% fcu,k(design strength standard value).From the practice results indicate that this ultra early strong concrete will ensure the engineering construction quality,and improve the benefits.
