教学中师生时空阻隔的消除策略

摘    要:为构建起师生之间双向平等的交流平台,达到教师科学育人,学生自主探究的目的,针对课堂教学过程中影响师生对话的时间和空间阻隔,提出打破师生位置格局的策略和具体方法;讨论了消除教师与学生高度差异的方法;分析了产生时间和角色差的原因.指出,缩小角色差和代沟,教师应善于追问和学会倾听,学生应主动提问和积极表达见解.

Abstract:In order to construct the bidirectional and equal communication platform between teachers and students,the main factors of teacher-student dialogue are the time and space barriers.The strategy and method of breaking the position pattern between teachers and students are proposed,the method of eliminating the height difference between teachers and students is discussed,the reasons of generated time and role difference are analyzed,it points out that the teachers should be good at listening attentively,and the students should express their opinions actively.
