基于人力资源管理的“民工荒”成因分析

摘    要:“民工荒”对中国经济和企业发展造成了很大的影响,已成为全社会关注的焦点问题,表现为农村剩余劳动力继续转移的压力和城市“民工荒”同时存在.从人力资源管理角度,分析了“民工荒”的成因;从调整策略、更新观念、强化服务和培训等方面,探讨了应对“民工荒”的措施.

Abstract:The "migrant worker shortage" has a great impact on Chinese economic and business development,it has become the focus of the whole society.The real problem is that there exists the pressure of continuous transfer of the rural surplus labor and city "migrant worker shortage".From the perspective of human resource management,the strategy adjustment,renew ideas,enhancing services and training are analyzed and the countermeasures are discussed.
