鞍山金融业存在的问题与对策

针对鞍山金融业存在的“银行制度不健全,金融发展水平较低,金融机构发展滞后,金融风险规避措施欠缺,中小金融机构制度有待完善”等问题,采用实证分析与规范分析相结合的方法进行了调查分析,提出了建立健全监督制约机制,推进中间业务发展,加大投行业务的营销力度,推动电子银行业务发展,转变政府职能,改善金融环境等对策.

Existing problems and improvement countermeasures of Anshan financial industry

According to the existing problems of financial industry in Anshan,including the imperfect banking system,low level of financial development,financial institutions,development lags behind, the measures lack of financial risk aversion,and small and medium-sized financial institutions system that are needed to be improved,the investigation and analysis are carried out by using a combination of methods of empirical analysis and normative analysis,some suggestions are proposed,such as establishing a perfect supervisory mechanism,promoting the development of intermediary business,enhancing the investment banking and marketing efforts,promoting the development of electronic banking, transferring the government functions,and improving the financial environment.
