固体孔隙结构随反应进程变化的气-固反应模型

摘    要:提出了一个描述固体孔隙结构参数随反应进程变化的气-固反应模型,推导出了一级不可逆气-固反应的解析解.在模型中,用实验可测的“扩散因子”建立起有效扩散系数与固体反应进程的关系,表示固体孔隙的变化对反应速率的影响.

Abstract:A gas-solid reaction model describing dependence of the solid porosity structure parameters depending on extent of conversion is developed,and the analytic solution of one-order irreversible gas-solid reaction of the model is deduced.In the model,an equation expressing the efficient diffusion coefficient and the reaction extent of solid is given by an effective diffusion factor passably measured by experiment and it is used to evaluate the effect of the changes of the solid porosity structures on the reaction rate.
