锭子弹性管的刚度计算及其对动态性能的影响

摘    要:首先推导了纺纱锭子中开螺旋槽弹性管的等效抗弯刚度及底部刚度系数的计算公式,分析了弹性管各参数对其刚度及振动性能的影响,并进行了模态测试,实验值与计算值基本一致。

Abstract:The formulas, for calculating the equivalent flexural rigidity of helical cutting tube, and stiffness coefficient at the bottom of spindle inner tube were derived. The influence of the parameters of inner tube on stiffness and dynamic property was analyzed. The modal test, verifying the consistence of the results made by calculating and testing, for the tube was carried out.
