苯甲酸3-羟基-4-(3-羟基-3-苯基丙烯酰)-苯基酯的微波合成及晶体结构

摘    要:由2,4-二羟基苯乙酮和苯甲酰氯为原料,在微波辅助作用下合成了苯甲酸3-羟基-4-(3-羟基-3-苯基丙烯酰)-苯基酯,研究了反应辐射功率、反应时间等对产物的影响.利用核磁共振波谱、红外光谱及单晶X射线法对目标化合物进行了表征.结果表明,该化合物为单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶体学参数a=0.390 24(4)nm,b=1.204 41(13)nm,c=3.642 1(3)nm,β=91.972 0(10)°,F(000)=752,Z=4,V=1.710 8(3)nm3,Dc=1.399g.cm-3,Mr=360.35.最终结构偏离因子R=0.059 4,Rw=0.129 6,S=1.030.最终差值电子密度的最大值和最小值分别为196 nm-3和-217 nm-3.

Abstract:The title compound,benzoic acid 3-hydroxy-4-(3-hydroxy-3-phenyl-acryloyl)-phenyl ester,has been designed and synthesized under microwave from 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone and benzoyl chloride.The influence of the reaction time and microwave radiation power on the synthesis has been studied.The structure was determined by 1HNMR,IR and single X-ray crystallography study.The title compoud C22H16O5 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with the cell parameters a=0.390 24(4) nm,b=1.204 41(13) nm,c=3.642 ...
