| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了QoS的基本概念，然后讨论了综合服务，区分服务和MPLS等几种IP QoS实现技术，并对它们的优缺点进行了比较。最后简单探讨了流量工程和Internet QoS服务方面还需研究的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper has introduced some basic concepts about QoS, and the several techniques, such as Integrated Services, Differentiated Services and MPLS of QoS. Their advantages and disadvantages are also compared. Finally,the traffic engineering and the unsolved problems about guaranteeing QoS of Internet services are mentioned. |
