摘    要:研究了硅胶整体柱的制备工艺及温度、pH值对凝胶化过程的影响,探讨了凝胶形成的机理.结果表明,以四甲氧基硅烷及聚乙二醇为原料,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶工艺制备的硅胶整体柱,具有微米级鞍形骨架、微米级大孔和纳米级中孔,适合于对大分子量的样品进行高效、快速的分离.

Abstract:A approach of preparation of monolithic silica column was reported, in which tetramethoxysilane and poly ethylene glycol were used as the material. An improved sol-gel process was adopted. The monolithic silica column has continuous gel skeletons and through-pores together with open mesopores. It has the advantage to separate samples with high-efficiency and high-speed. The effects of pH value and temperature of water-bath on the process of gelation were investigated and the mechanism of morphology was also discussed.
