旅游管理相关专业课程体系优化设计的规律探讨——以美国康奈尔大学酒店管理专业为例

课程体系设置是高等院校本科生培养方案设计的核心内容之一,既关系到培养目标的实现,更关系到学生的前途和将来;如何在培养目标的指导下进行更好的课程优化设置,是专业发展需要慎重考虑和解决的关键问题.本文作者从首都师范大学旅游管理专业课程设置的实际需要出发,利用在美访学的机会,对以美国康奈尔大学酒店管理专业为代表的世界顶级旅游管理相关专业的课程设置进行了深入分析,总结出课程设置的四点规律.这些规律的总结综合考虑了中外旅游管理专业设置的差异,因而具有广泛的适用性和指导价值,对于促进国内旅游管理相关专业课程设置的优化,具有积极作用.

The Optimization of Curriculum Arrangement of Tourism Management Related Majors: A Case Study of Department of Hotel Management, Cornell University

Curriculum arrangement is essential to the whole education of undergraduates in colleges and universities,which not only influences the realization of the objectives of higher education,but also has a great impact on the future development of undergraduates in general.Therefore,it is significant to optimize the curriculum arrangement to better satisfy the demands of the students.Based on the actual needs of perfecting the curriculum arrangement of Tourism Management major of Capital Normal University,this paper takes the Department of Tourism Management,Cornell University as a studied case to examine and analyze the successful factors of curriculum arrangement.Finally,four rules of curriculum arrangement are summarized,which can be borrowed to guide the optimization of the curriculum of Tourism Management majors in Chinese universities such as Capital Normal University.
