不同岩性土体上马尾松土壤微生物与岩性关系的研究

摘    要:对6类不同岩性发育的土体上马尾松土壤微生物与岩性的关系进行研究,结果表明:(1)6类土体上马尾松土壤微生物的数量之间有明显差异;而在微生物总量中,则均以细菌的数量占优势;微生物的数量随季节发生变化,根外土壤与根际土壤之间以及微生物各类群之间的变化呈不同的趋势;(2)6类不同岩性土体的化学性质存在着差异;(3)在不同季节,6类不同岩性土体上的马尾松根外、根际土壤微生物数量与土体中的一种或几种化学因子显著相关,且随着季节的变动而有所差异。

Abstract:The relationship between quantities of soil microbe masson pine and lithological characters on soils from six parent rocks was studied.The results showed:(1)The quantities of soil microbe in the six soils were apparently different.Bacteria were dominant in the six soils.The quantities of microbe changed with seasons.The changes of quantities of microbe in the non-rhizosphere were different from that in the rhizosphere;and the changes of quantities of bacteria,fungi and actinomyces were different too.(2)The chemical characters of the soils from six parent rocks were different.(3)In different seasons,the quantities of rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil microbe masson pine on soils from six parent rocks were significantly related to one or a few chemical characters of soils,and soil microbe changes with seasons.
