| Abstract: | External diameter, wall thickness and sectional area of every single cotton fibre are varied along its length. The linear density of cotton fibres at any points of single fibre from root to tip is measured in this paper. The relationship between position of fibre longitudinal direction and linear density of upland cotton and sea-island cotton is shown in parabolar eguitions. |
