| 摘 要： | 基础教育课程改革要求全面提高教师的综合素质.目前中学数学教师在教育观念、相关专业知识及自我更新意识方面还需要进一步加强.笔者通过对中学数学骨干教师的培训,提出中学数学教师应更新观念,不断完善自我;练好内功,提高综合素质的建议.
