数控车床多体系统振动特性研究

摘    要:基于多体系统动力学理论,以高速高精度数控车床的主轴系统为研究对象,将其处理为由多个刚体和弹性体按一定方式铰接而成的刚弹耦合多体系统,建立其动力学模型,计算其振动特性,并与传统的集中质量法进行了比较.结果表明所开发的数控车床的主轴系统始终处于稳定、可靠的工作区内.同时也为该方法推广应用于其他的机械多体系统奠定了基础.

Abstract:Based on the theory of multi-body system, the mainshaft system of high-speed high-precision NC lathe is investigated. It is treated as a coupled rigid-flexible multi-body system made of rigid and elastic bodies linked together in a specific manner. A dynamic model is established. Computation of vibration characteristics is carried out, and the computation results obtained using the multi-body system theory and the traditional lumped mass method are compared. Results show that the developed mainshaft system of NC lathe is always within a stable and reliable operating area. Theoretical bases for application of the method to other multi-body systems are shown.
