| 摘 要： | 应用型人才的培养有其自身特点。探讨了应用型工程技术人才培养的基本模式，介绍了我院电类专业人才培养具体方案，对课程体系的构建、实践教学体系的改革和产学合作的方式进行了阐述和讨论。

| Abstract: | The training of practical personnel has its own characteristics.In this article,the basic model for the training of practical engineering and techincal personnel is introduced.Meanwhile,the specific program for the training of practical personnel in electrical specialty is put forward.The construction of course system,the reform of practical teaching system and the way of cooperation for practising and learning are also discussed. |
