改性无水氯化亚锡制备工艺及其影响因素研究

摘    要:为了满足工业化制备无水氯化亚锡的需要,本文采用三段真空加热法制备无水氯化亚锡粉末,再通过添加含氮有机物,制备出主成分在97.5%、吸水质量在0.01g/30min以下纯度高且不易吸水的改性无水氯化亚锡,并分析了添加剂质量、加热温度、搅拌强度等因素对制备工艺的影响。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of industrialization of the anhydrous stannous chloride,this paper adopts three-stage vacuum heating method to prepare the anhydrous stannous chloride powder,and through adding N-containing organic compounds,produces the modified anhydrous stannous chloride with the main ingredients of 97.5%,water absorption below 0.01 g/30min,a high purity and a less absorbency,and analyzes the influences of the factors such as the additive quantity,heating temperature,and mixing strength,etc.on ...
