摘    要:针对目前在单纯控制河流与湖泊外源污染条件下,由底泥释放出来的内源污染物仍能导致水体发生再次污染及富营养化的现象,从污染水体底泥着手,提出一种生态、经济、快速和效果稳定的底泥污染控制技术,即原位钝化技术。该技术利用加入对底泥污染物具有钝化作用的钝化剂,经过沉淀、吸附等理化作用达到净化水体的目的,是一种高效的湖泊内源污染控制技术。系统阐述了原位钝化剂技术的工作原理与功能以及优点与不足,对比分析了铝盐、铁盐、钙盐钝化剂以及这3种钝化剂的相互组合及其与其他材料搭配形成的复合钝化剂(称之为组合钝化剂)的优缺点及应用条件,概述了国内外污染水体底泥原位钝化技术的应用现状,在此基础上提出了污染水体底泥原位钝化技术未来的重点研究方向:一方面是组合钝化剂的推广及应用,另一方面则是研发新型的钝化剂。

Abstract:It was well known that endogenous contaminant could be released from sediments into o- verlying water even under the condition of pure exogenous pollution control, which may have a significant impact on water quality of river and lake, and result in water pollution and continuing eutrophi- cation. Taking this phenomenon into consideration, this paper provided a review on the adverse effects of sediment of contaminated water and on the in-situ inactivation technology, an ecological and economic and fast stable technology for remediation of the sediment of contaminated water. The in-si- tu inactivation technology added inactivation agents into the river and lake, after the physical and chemical effects of precipitation and adsorption and transformation, finally to purify the polluted water. This paper systematically expounded the operated principle and function of the in-situ inactivation technology as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different inactivation agents, such as aluminum, iron, calcium and a kind of combined inactivation agent composed by aluminum, iron.
