南昌市妇女产褥期膳食习惯及影响因素分析

摘    要:为了解江西省南昌市产褥期妇女的膳食营养习惯,采用随机抽样的方法,抽取南昌市360名产褥期妇女进行了关于膳食习惯及相关因素的问卷调查,并对相关的影响因素进行系统的分析,以便探讨科学的产褥期营养膳食方式。调查结果显示:产褥期妇女常吃的食物按选用频率排列,依次为鱼和肉(95.2%)、鸡蛋(88.1%)、蔬菜(81.2%)、水果(78.9%)、牛奶(51.8%)、大豆类制品(31.2%)、坚果类(18.3%)、凉性食物(11.4%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示:是否来自于郊区和是否参加营养指导是牛奶摄取量大小的影响因素;大豆类制品摄取的影响因素为调查对象的文化程度、参加营养指导和家庭月收入状况;调查对象丈夫文化程度高和参加营养指导,是坚果类摄取的促进因素;调查对象来自于城镇,妇女文化程度高、知晓凉性食物的危害,对凉性食物的摄取起到抑制作用。结论:南昌市产褥期妇女存在主食单一,营养搭配不太合理等较突出的问题,建议用科学化的方法对本地的孕产期妇女开展膳食营养等方面知识的宣传和教育。

Abstract:To understand the dietary behaviors of puerperal women in Nanchang city of Jiangxi Prov- ince, a questionnaire on dietary habits and related factors was administered among 360 women during puerperium by the methods of random sampling. Meanwhile, the systematic analysis for relative fac- tors was given in order to search for the scientific nutrition dietary patterns during puerperium. Survey results show that the arranging frequency of food that women eat during puerperium can be given by fish and meat ( 95.2 % ), eggs ( 88.1% ), vegetables ( 81.2 % ), fruits ( 78.9 % ), milk ( 51.8 % ), soy products(31.2% ), nuts( 18.3% ), cold foods ( 11.4% ). Logistic regression analysis shows that: whether from the suburbs and whether to participate in nutrition guidance are the affecting factors of the milk intake;the influencing factors of the soy products intake are educational level, Nutritional guidance and family income status;the high cultural degree of her husband and joining nutritional guidance arc contributing factor of nuts intake;survey from the town, the high educational level of women and known hazards of cold foods have an inhibitory effect on cold foods intake. Conclusion: There are some outstanding issues of single stapte food and unreasonable nutritional distribution with puerperium women in Nanchang,it is recommended to carry out publicity and education to the local women's maternal diet and nutritional knowledge by a scientific approach.
