德育教育有效性思考

摘    要:我国历来重视德育教育,但在德育教育的内容和方式上,存在着“重大节,轻小德”倾向,缺乏层次性与可操作性。为了提高德育教育的有效性,德育教育的内容需与时俱进,通过课堂教学、量化日常管理工作等方式渗透道德教育,以提高德育教育的有效性。

Abstract:Our country has attached great importance to the moral education all the time. But the content and way of moral education have the tendency of stressing political integrity while neglecting minor ethics and lack gradation and operative possibility. In order to improve the effectiveness of moral education, the moral education content should keep pace with the times. We should infiltrate moral education in classroom teaching and daily management work.
