摘    要:分析了各高校食品质量与安全专业的特点,重点探讨了工科院校食品质量与安全专业人才培养目标与方向、教育内容、所涉及的知识领域和课程体系等内容,为食品质量与安全专业建设提供一些方法与思路.

Abstract:With the economy development of our country and the improvement of the people's living standard, Food quality and safety problem gradually became the focus of attention. So the engineering colleges established the food quality and safety specialty one by one. But the talents cultivation mode and the course system were in starting stage. This article analyses the characteristic of food quality and safaty specialty, especially concentrates on discussing the talents cultivation objective and direction, education contents, involving knowledge scope and course system in order to provide some methods and thoughts for food quality and safety specialty.
