| 摘 要： | 自中世纪起,国王、上院和下院三位一体的议会就是英国的权力中心和国家象征.从议会内部权力结构变迁的历史中,我们可以管窥英国政治民主化的轨迹.当国家权力从世袭国王手中向"人民"的代表--两院手中转移时,政治民主化开始了;当世袭上院手中的权力转移到"民选"的下院手中而且下院的民主化完成并成为真正的人民代议机关时,政治民主化也就基本完成.

| Abstract: | Since the medieval age, the Parliament, consisting of the House of Commons, the House of Lords and the sovereign, was the core of power and the symbol of the nation. We can fred the track of the democratization of Britain politics through the power transferring in the Parliament.As the power was transferred from the sovereign to the House of Lords and the House of Commons,the democratization of politics took place. And it accomplished as the power was transferred from the House of Lords to the House of Commons while the House of Commons was totally democratized. |
