| 摘 要： | 在分析板料弯曲时模具受力状况的基础上，导出了一种理想入口角曲线。理论计算及实验结果均证实，采用此理想曲线进行弯曲模凹模入口角设计，可减轻模具与工件之间的接触压力，改善工件表面质量，延长模具使用寿命。
