摘    要:利用红外图谱法建立了蕨麻的红外指纹图谱.采用小波分析对红外光谱图进行去噪后,再把去噪后的光谱原始数据长度由1 868压缩到241,通过压缩后的数据对11批蕨麻进行了相似度计算和灰色关联度分析.结果表明,所建立的蕨麻的指纹图谱可用于蕨麻的质量评价.

Abstract:Fingerprint is a mode and technique for traditional Chinese medicine quality control, furthermore it is one of the key questions for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. The infrared fingerprint spectrum of Potentilla anserine was established by the infrared spectrum method. After using the wavelet analysis denoising method dealing with the infrared spectrogram, we reduced the original datgs length from 1868 to 241. Then we used the compressed data to an- alyze the similarity and grey correlation of the 11 kinds of Potentilla anserine from different are- as. The results showed that the established Potentilla anserine's finger print can be used to eval- uate Potentilla anserine" s quality.
