摘    要:在完全竞争假设下,考虑M/M/1排队模型,且当没有顾客时,系统处于休假状态.通过研究顾客的行为,调整企业的服务机制,来寻求该企业的排队最优指标.顾客对产品的价格和期望的等待时间是敏感的,企业的成本函数包括固定成本和可变成本,通过研究企业的利润函数得到期望等待时间,从而得到最优的价格和输出率.在此基础上,还研究了使企业利润最大化的服务能力,得出企业的最优策略必须随服务能力成本函数的变化而变化.

Abstract:Consider a M/M/1 queuing model on the perfect competition assumption,when there isn't a customer, the system is on the vacations. It looks out for the queuing optimal indicators of firms, by studying the customers" behavior and adjusting the firms" service mechanism. Customers are sensitive to money price and expected waiting time. And firm costs function includes fixed and variable costs. It obtains the optimal waiting time, price and output by studying the firms" profit function. Based on the optimal waiting time,it also studies the profit maximizing service capacity, which obtain that the optimal strategy of firms must follow differs depending on the functional form of service capacity cost.
