| 摘 要： | 社会资本运作是一个社会、组织、群体运作发展的重要因素.中国家族文化传统背景中的家族企业的社会资本有其特性和形成原因,对中国家族企业的管理产生积极与消极的影响,科学分析中国家族企业的社会资本,重新建构新型家族企业的社会资本,探求其管理的新模式,有利于促进我国家族企业的改革与发展.

| Abstract: | Social capital is one of the important elements in the development of the society, organizations and communities. The social capital of family enterprises under the background of traditional Chinese family culture has its own features and causes of formation, and makes positive and negative effects on the management of Chinese family enterprises. It will promote the reform and development of Chinese family enterprises to scientifically analyze the social capital of Chinese family enterprises, reconstruct a new social capital of the family enterprise and seek a new mode of Chinese family enterprise management. |
