| Abstract: | Presents a new instrument for measurement of Regional Gastric Mucosal Blood Flow by Hydrogen Gas Clearance (HGC),and discusses the basic theory and application. We describe the structure and properties of the instrument. By means of this instrument, We measured the GMBF in animals. We measured the GMBF in Hurmans by Lasser Doppler Flowmentry (LDF) on the basis of proving the close correlation and establishing the linear regression equation between LDF and HGC. |
