| 摘 要： | 从典型时变Internet信道的波动特性出发，基于最新的H．263 低码率视频压缩标准，提出了一个利用参考帧编码方式的自适应多线程冗余抗误码策略．信道仿真结果表明，自适应多线程冗余策略在适当增加码率的前提下，能提供更强的抗数据包丢失能力，具有比传统算法更强的健壮性和网络适应力．

| Abstract: | Based on the time-varying Internet channel and the Referenced Picture Selection (RPS) mode of the new H.263++ low bit-rate video coding standard, a packet-loss adaptive error resilient multi-thread video coding scheme was introduced. The simulation results show that this scheme results in stronger packet-loss resilience just by adding moderate code redundancy and proves to be more error robust against the common modes under recommended Internet channel conditions. |
