| 摘 要： | 从人力资源、内容资源、设备资源、网络信息资源、时间与空间资源等方面,论述"世界民族音乐"课程资源的开发与利用,其中就内容资源的开发与利用问题作详细阐述,提出了五个原则:优先性原则、适应性原则、层次性原则、实践性原则、参与性原则.
